Compensation:

· Training Pay: $1,000/week

· UNCAPPED performance-based income

· Unlimited commission + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps

· Minimum expected earnings of $72,000

You’re Responsible For:

· Conduct home inspections, effectively determine & communicate home-improvement solutions through in-home sales presentations.

· Rise to the role of representing DaBella, believe in the American-made products we pridefully carry, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.

· Confidently seal all deals! Close at a rate of 22% or more.

· Produce $60,000 or more in new business per month.
